Pat leads a Decor and You team of interior decorators committed to YOU. Located in Chicago’s Northwest suburbs, each DecorDesigner treats each residential and commercial client as though they are the only client. Our philosophy is that we decorate for you, while providing the essential guidance that creates that special room you will fall in love with! We start with a discovery process designed to capture your dream for your decorating project. This team is especially talented at Room Makeovers combining your favorite treasures with new items that you select from our designs. Our Decor and You team goal is to complete your Room Makeover in one day so that you can leave in the morning and return in the evening to your finished room. Now, that’s the WOW factor!

Pat brought to Decor&You over 20 years of broad based executive level management experience in the healthcare industry. Ultimately, promoted to Executive Vice President, Marketing and Strategic Services and responsible for over 600 employees for a hospital in suburban Chicago, Illinois; she directed the strategic planning process, managed the marketing and public relations for the entire enterprise; and, was accountable for the operational performance of several departments spanning the clinical, the financial and the technological. Her favorite assignment was serving on the hospital wide Decor Committee where she focused on setting the stage for a healing environment as the project director of many hospital construction projects including health clubs, day care centers, physician office buildings, clinics, a major addition that included a Maternity Unit, Operating Rooms and many offices and waiting room spaces, and even a spa! Little did she know that assignment would lead to her future career.

Pat’s strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations makes her one of the finest decorators in the field. She believes in serving the customer and her smile is only the beginning. In fact, Pat is known for achieving objectives. Your objectives! Combining her strong focus for finding that special something for each client, and her decorating talents, she establishes a foundation for each client to "Love the Space You’re In” and Pat does not charge fees to create your DecorPlan™; her clients receive design, color and style coordination services, and pay no more than retail for the products they buy. She is able to offer design plans that are totally customized to the client because she works right in their home or office. It stands to reason that Pat’s clients are simply delighted.

Since joining Decor&You, Pat has lent her leadership skills to developing a strong team of DecorDesigners in the northwest Chicago suburbs. Strategic plans call for the team to grow to ten such DecorDesigners serving the northwest Chicago suburban area in the near future.
